Qol helps users improve their pronunciation, speaking, and real-world conversation skills through AI-powered tutoring. Our products and services are designed to create a natural, voice-first learning experience.

Using Qol
You must be at least 13 years old to use Qol. By using the Service, you confirm that you can form a binding contract with Qol and that you comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

Accounts and Security
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
Subscriptions and Payments
If you purchase a subscription, you authorize Qol to charge your payment method via Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your account settings.
Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy or applicable law.
AI Interaction and Data
When you use the tutor or pronunciation features, your voice input and related data may be processed by Qol’s AI systems.
By using these features, you consent to this processing as described in our Privacy Policy.
We use OpenAI and Supabase to deliver these services.
You retain ownership of your content; however, you grant Qol a limited license to process your inputs for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

Intellectual Property
All rights, title, and interest in and to Qol, including our software, designs, logos, and models, are owned by Qol Inc or our licensors.
You may not use our name, marks, or content without prior written consent.
Service Changes and Availability
We may update, enhance, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, though we strive for high reliability and quality.
Disclaimers
Qol is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties, express or implied, about the reliability, accuracy, or availability of the Service. To the extent permitted by law, Qol disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Qol and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.
In no event shall Qol’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Your continued use of Qol after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
